Kaye Adams has suffered a hand injury and admits she struggled to sleep last night after the first day of Strictly Come Dancing rehearsals.
The Loose Women host shared a picture of her hand on Instagram, which appeared to be rather red, and joked that it was from "over enthusiastic clapping".
Kaye, 59, also told her Twitter followers that it wasn't easy nodding off to sleep last night either. In a post, she said: "Struggled to sleep last night after the first day of @bbcstrictly strictly rehearsals.
