Strictly Come Dancing star, Helen Skelton, has been left needing the help of an at-home pain remedy, following intensive training for the Strictly Blackpool Tower Ballroom special. It has been a few years since the Strictly team have been at the seaside town, due to Covid, but the eagerly-awaited show is finally back.
And, in preparation for the event, Helen and her pro dancing partner, Gorka Marquez, have been hitting the floor hard. So hard, in fact, that Helen has been left in quite a bit of pain.
Sharing a photo to Instagram, Helen said that her shoes will no longer fit on her weary feet. She then followed the post up with a photo featuring a pack of frozen peas draped over her feet, captioning it: "Feet on fire."
