Martin Roberts has been supported by fans as he issued a "tough" update on his "mercy dash" to Ukraine.
The Homes Under the Hammer presenter is travelling to the Ukrainian/Polish border with supplies in the wake of the Russian invasion.
The Warrington TV personality shared a post on Instagram as he prepares for another long car journey on the 26 hour drive from the UK.

He said: "I’ve managed a few hours sleep and yeah, it’s a really tough day today, it’s another 13 hours on the road.
"Probably the longest day’s driving I’ve ever done, all the way down through Poland and a large portion of Germany."
The 58-year-old added: "Lots of music on the stereo, lots of wine gums, and probably bits of Red Bull. Lots of Red Bull.
"We’ll just get on with it. The thing is, the thing that keeps me going is that there are people that are waiting, although they don’t know they’re waiting yet.
"They’re there and they don’t know we are coming, but we are, with these really important supplies.
"I feel quite a responsibility, but we'll just get there."
Martin asked his followers to send in their suggestions for what music to play on the van as he continues the "humanitarian mercy dash".
