BBC presenter Deborah James admitted she is no longer able to walk in a heartbreaking 'goodbye' Instagram post.
The 40-year old, who has been battling bowel cancer since December 2016, revealed she has stopped active treatment for the stage four disease and is now receiving hospice care at home.
Addressing her 426,000 followers on Monday, the mum-of-two penned the message she 'never wanted to write' declaring that she had tried everything, but her 'body simply isn't playing ball'.
