Alex Jones was supported by fans as she shared a lengthy message before presenting The One Show.
Sharing a post on Instagram, Alex told her 337,000 followers she was experiencing a 'tricky and challenging patch in her life'.
The Welsh presenter told her 337k followers: "Things have been a bit tricky for us recently and in all honesty, I haven’t had time to be on here between working and the children but I randomly logged on and saw all your lovely messages gently asking if we were all ok.

"I was touched by your kindness and so I just wanted to check in and say thank you, and that even though life has been a bit challenging, we are ok and still managing to enjoy the beginning of the holidays and there's still plenty to smile about! Alex shares sons Teddy, five, and Kit and eight-month-old daughter Annie with her husband Charlie.
The presenter made no reference to the post on Tuesday evening as she co-hosted the BBC One show with former professional footballer Jermaine Jenas. They previewed the Lionesses' Euro semi-final clash against Sweden on Tuesday, with the help of presenter Alex Scott, reports WalesOnline.
They were also joined by three of the Celebrity MasterChef contestants – Danny Jones, Paul Chuckle and Nancy Dell’Olio. Richie Anderson also revealed what we can expect from the Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony on Thursday.
