A Glaswegian contestant was knocked out of BBC Three's Glow Up: Britain's Next Makeup Star on Wednesday night's episode, and viewers were all in agreement about one thing.
Sadly, 21-year-old Adam, originally from Glasgow but living in Liverpool, was axed from the show last night, as his mermaid lip skills did not live up to the high standard set.
In last night's episode, the MUAs tackled stage make-up for a live performance at Cirque Du Soleil and at Glow Up Studios, channelled the weird and the wonderful in an ambitious body paint brief.

They were instructed to follow the design given but the MUAs faced challenges with applying foil to the performers.
Glasgow contestant 21-year old Adam was warned to watch out for his proportions when painting a band of colour on his performer.
Next, the artists had a second chance to show off their skills in a body painting challenge, forcing them to use the model's body as a canvas - not just their face.
Adam was criticised for not putting in as much effort into the face, concentrating too much on painting the body.
Despite battling it out with Rachel over a mermaid lip look in the face off, Val and Dominic both agreed that Rachel's was neater and deserved to have another chance.
Fans were upset about Adam's axing from the show and took to social media to voice their thoughts.
One Twitter user said: "Sad to see Adam go."
Another wrote: "Personally, I preferred Adam’s mermaid lip #GlowUp"
A third added: "I’m so disappointed with tonight’s ep! Can’t believe Adam was sent home, thought he did so well."
Another said: "Adam didn’t deserve to even be in the red chairs in the first place. #glowupbbc"
And a fifth said: "… i have to call b******* #glowupbbc"
Despite his time being cut on the show, Adam was still feeling positive about his future in make-up and all things glamorous.
He added that: "My journey is only just beginning, I'm so excited for the future!"
You can watch the third episode of Glow Up: Britain's Next Makeup Star on Wednesday, May 25 on BBC Three at 8pm.
