Martine McCutcheon has been supported by fans after she issued a "anxious" update.
The Love Actually star regularly shares updates from her personal life on Instagram. The 47-year-old is happily married to Jack McManus and they share one son named Rafferty.
The former EastEnders star took to social media and said she was missing her family today. She said: "Hubby in London, Rafferty at school.

"Really missing them today. It's only been hours. Feeling a bit emotional. Let's blame the hormones." Martine issued an update later in the day after they arrived home and said she felt "anxious" when she was alone.
She said: "I've missed them SO much more than usual today for some reason. I felt a bit anxious about it if I’m honest… Do you ever get that for no rhyme or reason? I’m normally good at tapping into my emotions and working out why I feel what I do …
"But today I can only put it down to hormones! But now the sun is shining, there is a cool breeze and we are all together in the garden, chilling out and listening to a fab play list! @jackmcmanus1 is getting me an ice cold G&T too, a rare treat for me but I really fancy it!
