The spirits are made from wheat and natural flavourings natural ingredients in Manchester and bottled in Mason Jars reminiscent of the illegally distilled alcohol of 1920's America.

How did O'Donnell's Moonshine business start?
TheThe company began in 2016 from founders August Ullrich and Philip Morsink.
Ullrich and Morsink were travelling through America on a road trip when they came across the story of Moonshine. The founders say they then decided to revive this drink with a modern twist on it, bringing the legacy of Moonshine to the present day.
O'Donnell's Moonshine spirits and liqueurs are produced by Ullrich and Morsink using 'high-quality ingredients' and wheat based spirits. The founders intend for the product to remain reminiscent of the 1920s original beverage that would be bottled up by gangsters of the American Prohibition.
The company is named after Edward O'Donnell, known as Spike, who was the leader of the South Side Gang in Chicago during the beer wars.
How much does O'Donell's Moonshine cost?
The best-selling Tough Nut hazelnut and caramel nougat moonshine costs £24.90 for a 700ml bottle.
You can get other flavours of moonshine from roasted apple, wild berry, sticky toffee, lemon drizzle, high proof - which is slightly higher priced at £34.90 - and macadamia which all come with their own gift set that includes a pourer for the beverage.
