BBC Breakfast star Naga Munchetty regularly updates fans and followers about her off-screen life through her social media channels, but the popular presenter has been told "no" by fans as she shared her latest update. Following a workout, the journalist posted a sweaty gym selfie.

She joked: "I thought it was supposed to get easier!!?? Happy Easter Monday x." Praise her work ethic, fans soon took to the comments to offer feedback on the snap. One said: "Still looking amazing, no makeup, covered in sweat, you rock."

Another added: "Only when you stop challenging yourself. Happy Easter." Joining the conversation, another said: "No Naga it's always hard work but it's worth it."

In another fitness related post, Naga wrote: "Tried to shake the cardio routine up today. Independent spinning (I don't always enjoy classes)." She added: "Yep - I worked hard. Happy Saturday."

A regular gym goer and keen golfer, the 47-year-old TV host has been regularly updating her loyal legion of fans with sweaty gym selfies after ticking off another gruelling workout in her week. The fitness fanatic often runs and plays golf, but Birmingham Live noted that she had rung in the changes earlier this year, as she revealed on Instagram.

The BBC Breakfast presenter posted a photo of herself in the gym beaming as she looked tired but glowing after a workout, wearing a grey vest and orange ear buds. She captioned the image: "Tried interval training today to shake things up... Consider me shaken! Now for a spot of [golf emoji] in the [sun emoji] Have a lovely Sunday X."

Naga is just one of the BBC Breakfast line up. Her co-stars include the likes of Charlie Stayt and Jon Kay, as well as Carol Kirkwood and Sally Nugent. Nina Warhurst is also a regular contributor, as is Ben Thompson and Mike Bushell, who both share sports reporting duties on the daily BBC One and iPlayer show.
