BBC Breakfast star Nina Warhurst had the perfect response for an online troll who bizarrely criticised her for smiling.
The TV host, 42, presented the popular daytime news show with her co-host Ben Boulos on Sunday morning and had a cheery disposition as she went about her work.
However, one viewer didn't seem impressed and took to Twitter to share their frustrations.
"I am watching @BBCBreakfast with the Bland Bloke by 'name and nature' and @NinaWarhurst wearing a pathetic grin.
"Talking Coronation and mental health in Scotland. Any bright sunny news or is this the norm with you two?" they wrote.
Nina decided to shut down the troll and replied: "Love this.
"'Can you be brighter and sunnier? I'll start by throwing some personal insults your way.' Have a lovely day, Stephen."
Nina's fans rallied around her, with one person commenting: "Well I love ya Nina."
Another wrote: "Oh good grief. We absolutely love seeing you on TV you're sunny smile brightens our morning."
"Wow! It's always nicer when your on Nina have a lovely day," a third viewer insisted. Someone else added: "There is absolutely nothing to dislike about you. What's the matter with people."
It's not the first time Nina has had to deal with online trolls as she received some unsolicited advice about her appearance earlier this month.
The presenter shared an email she received from one viewer who implied Nina's hair had put them off their breakfast.
The viewer told Nina she "looked 'a mess" and that they were "repulsed by her hair'.
Nina didn't take the criticism to heart and instead shared a glorious response via her Twitter account.
Sharing a screenshot of the email alongside a selfie of herself on the BBC Breakfast set, Nina wrote: "Women who do this to women [sad face emoji].
"Too repulsed by my hair to eat her breakfast, but managing to bang out this vitriol.
"Apart from anything else I can’t bear inaccuracies - I think we can all agree my hair looked [love heart emoji]."
