A high stakes battle of the luxury carving trolleys is set to break out in the West End next year as high end restaurants revive at-table theatre.
The latest venue to pledge the return of the spectacular polished metal domes on wheels that were a much loved set piece of London dining a generation ago is the new restaurant at Mayfair’s Cambridge House on Piccadilly.
