Barry nursing home sold for first time in 30 years

A nursing home in Barry has been sold for the first time in 30 years. College Fields Nursing Home changed sold for an undisclosed amount.

The business has been acquired by regional operators Jacob and Beena George, who already run a number of nursing homes in the area, following the retirement of its existing owners, Mike and Rachel Kemp. Business property firm Christie & Co advised on the sale.

The company said all staff have been retained and service will continue without any changes.
