Barry Manilow has said he will take a break after “pushing too hard” during his summer tour, days after cancelling two Las Vegas residency shows.

The singer, 83, shared a statement on Instagram that read: “Hi everybody – Barry here. And I want you to be the first to know that we’re going to take a quick break.
