Interim Rangers head coach Barry Ferguson has heaped praise on Ridvan Yilmaz, citing his versatility and potential as key factors that could see him become a top talent.
The Turkish international has played out of position in Ferguson's first two games at the helm.
Yilmaz was introduced at right-back in his side's 4-2 win over Kilmarnock last week before getting the nod a few days later in a 2-1 loss at home to Motherwell.
The 23-year-old has had his injury issues throughout his Rangers career so far, although Ferguson thinks he can now buckle down and prove his potential: "I've always liked Ridvan," he said.

"He's a good player. The issue he's had at Rangers, as you mentioned there, has been injuries. But now he's back fully fit.
"He's played in a position which is pretty foreign to him. He's played right back for us. His natural position is left back.
"But he's one player I can rely on. He doesn't moan. I've asked him to play different positions.
"He's become a big player. I like his attitude. His attitude has always been first class.
"It's now about him being fully fit for the rest of the season. Because I think if he plays more games, I think he can get better and better."
Yilmaz joined Rangers under Giovanni van Bronckhorst in the summer of 2023 from Besiktas.
He has made 23 appearances in light blue since and returns to his homeland as Ferguson's men face Fenerbahce in the Europa League tomorrow evening.
The stand-in Rangers boss will look to some of his predecessors as he aims to get a result: "I'll take a bit of inspiration, not just from Walter Smith, who was a great manager, but also Dick Dick Advocaat and Alex McLeish," he said.
"I know a lot of people say that I'm new to this job, and rightly so. But I've played in a lot of European games. Whether that be the Champions League or the UEFA Cup. I understand the times that you need to play a different way."
