Mike Perry ripped off his shirt and demanded Jake Paul fights him instead of Tommy Fury in an explosive call-out.
YouTube star Paul is set to finally do battle with bitter rival Fury on February 26 in Saudi Arabia having agreed to a fight deal at the third attempt. His ex-Love Island rival Fury has previously pulled out of the event on two separate occasions including most recently when he was banned from travelling to the US for their planned meeting in August last year.
The 'Problem Child' has this time decided to draft in a late-replacement opponent in the shape of bare-knuckle boxer Perry. And the former UFC star has already issued a ferocious promotional video calling out Paul on the MMA Hour, insisting that he is ready to step in at the last minute.
During the video, Perry ripped his shirt off and shouted: "I am going to rip that right off Jake Paul. And let me tell you why. Why you are supposed to be fighting Mike Perry next. Because I will stick my fist down your throat and you will s*** out my fingers. I don't know what that means but you are going to sleep if it is me."
In a more serious assessment of a potential fight, Perry later added that he is preparing as if he has already received the call. “I think I’m going to Saudi Arabia,” he continued. “I think I’m going. It was between me and Tommy Fury. Of course, Tommy is super-famous, he’s a Fury, he’s got a pro boxing record and an amateur boxing record but we know what that means.
"There are a lot of stacked fights or journeymen-type guys. I do feel that it is a real thing that it could be me. I have been training as if it is going to be me. I believe I am going to Saudi Arabia regardless. If I would have been there already I would have been talking s*** at the press conference. You see how hyped up I am."

Perry has already leaked a draft contract of his agreement with Paul online as he prepares to step in if Fury is ruled out. Yesterday at a supposed press conference, the Briton failed to show which was put down to 'personal matters' which angered Paul.
UFC legend Chael Sonnen believes he should cut his losses and fight Perry instead. “They’ve got to kick Tommy Fury, and they’ve got to do it now,” Sonnen said. “They cannot wait until the last minute. They can’t let Fury keep calling all the shots. They get to the press conference, and he’s not there, and the world’s watching, that’s when you make the reveal. That’s when you bring in Mike Perry, to try and bring it in after."
