Bankrupt Alex Jones, $1 Billion in Debt to Sandy Hook Families, Pushes False Claim That Kamala Is Controlling Hurricane Milton

Notorious conspiracy theorist and ring-wing podcast host Alex Jones is perpetuating another false claim to his audience: that leaders of the Democratic party are manipulating weather conditions in order to create destructive events, such as hurricane Milton.

During the broadcast of his show on Tuesday, Jones stated that he would be explaining the link between senior Democratic Party politicians, such as President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, and "weather weapons". Jones stated that he knew the government could manipulate the weather, according to RawStory.

"I'm going to be covering today, and I've sent the crew over 20 clips, and I've got over a hundred documents right here," said Jones. "I'm gonna do a big presentation for everybody on what's really going on with weather weapons."

"Then we have the bold headlines that I put up on X that the Kamala Harris, you know, the Biden-Harris administration is in control of this hurricane," he continued, speaking of Hurricane Milton.

Jones described official government documents and interviews that were in his possession, which he claimed prove his beliefs. He stated that the technology the government used to alter the weather was also used in 2001, preceding the 9/11 attacks.

"And on 9/11, the hurricane was gonna hit," said Jones. "Remember in 2001, but that meteorologists never saw anything like it. It just turned away from the coast went away because that was gonna get in the way of some of the stuff the deep state was up to."

Last month, Jones was ordered to dismantle and auction off Infowars, the media platform he created in 1999. The auction, set to be approved by a U.S. bankruptcy judge in November, is intended to raise funds to pay off the $1.5 billion Jones owes the families of victims of the Sandy Hook shooting.

For years, Jones pushed the narrative that the Sandy Hook massacre was fabricated by supporters of gun control legislation, even going as far as to say that the parents of victims of the massacre were paid actors.

"You've got parents laughing — 'hahaha' — and then they walk over to the camera and go 'boo hoo hoo,' and not just one but a bunch of parents doing this and then photos of kids that are still alive they said died?" said Jones. "I mean, they think we're so dumb."

Families of victims sued Jones in Connecticut and Texas for defamation. Jones testified in the Texas trial in 2022, admitting that the shooting was "100 percent real" and that calling it a hoax was "absolutely irresponsible".
