A petrol bomb has been set alight and thrown at a house in Co Antrim, the PSNI say.
It happened at a residential property in the Edward Street area of Ballymena in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Police officers attended the address after receiving a report at around 1.25am along with colleagues from Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service, who extinguished the fire. Extensive scorch damage was caused to the house.
