A bakery has delighted customers after renaming one of its popular cakes an 'elephant's foot'.
For years, fans have flocked to try Birds Bakery's tasty treats, including one chocolate-topped dessert. Previously named a cream puff, the bakery, a chain with sites across the Midlands, selected a no-nonsense moniker.
But their decision held little sway with customers across Nottinghamshire where the cake is known as an elephant's foot, according to Nottinghamshire Live.
