The Great British Bake Off judge, 56, has been dating his 38-year-old pub landlady other half for three years.
It is believed that Hollywood popped the question to Miss Spalding around Easter.
This would be his second trip down the aisle. He was previously married to ex-wife Alexandra for 19 years and the pair share a grown-up son called Josh.
They announced their split in 2017 following allegations that Hollywood had been unfaithful.
After their breakup, the TV star went public with his romance with Summer Monteys-Fullam, 26, but they split in 2019.
Of his engagement to Miss Spalding, sources close to the couple told the Sun: “Paul proposed some months ago, but they have been keeping it very quiet since then.
“It’s only in the past month that she has begun wearing her engagement ring out in public, and sharing their news with friends.”
The Standard has contacted a representative for Hollywood for comment.
Last year, it was revealed Hollywood was living with Miss Spalding in the countryside home that he bought with his former lover, Miss Monteys-Fullam.
Miss Spalding moved into Hollywood’s 18th-century farmhouse after the owners of The Chequers Inn in Smarden, Kent, where she lived, put it up for sale.
