Labour councils now want to shut down migrant hotels in wake of Epping injunction

Labour-run councils are seeking legal action to stop local hotels being used to house asylum seekers in the wake of this week’s bombshell High Court ruling.

Tamworth and Wirral councils, both controlled by Labour, have joined a number of Conservative and Reform UK-run councils in investigating whether they can mount legal challenges.
