South Carolina entered Tuesday night’s game against No. 5 Kentucky coming off consecutive losses of at least 14 points. The latest was Saturday to No. 22 Tennessee, who thumped the Gamecocks by 24.
Just a month ago, Kentucky beat that same Tennessee team by 28. So, naturally, South Carolina faced a double-digit spread for its game with Kentucky. And at 10.5 to 11 points at many sportsbooks, a cover for the Wildcats felt like a good bet.
Just don’t tell that to Kentucky forward Oscar Tshiebwe. He doesn’t care about your good bet. To prove it, he did this at the end of Tuesday’s game with a chance to push the margin to 12 points.

Absolutely brutal.
And to almost rub in the bitter defeat, Tshiebwe not only walked away from the rim but waited until just after the clock hit zero to come back and dunk the ball in.
That, my friends, is a bad beat.
