Baby beaten to death on Christmas Day was given back to killer parents just days earlier

A baby was returned to his parents by social services just days before he was tragically killed on Christmas Day, a court heard.

Finley Boden was removed from his parents' home shortly after he was born in February 2020.

Months later he was then brought back into the care of his father Stephen Boden, 30, and mother Shannon Marsden, 22, over a set eight-week period by court order.
