B&M shoppers have been left divided over a controversial flavour of sauce from Heinz that is available to buy in stores for as little as just £1.
While the popular high street retailer is known for its wide range of homeware, shoppers are also known to be able to pick up some big-name branded groceries in stores.
One brand that customers can pick up is Heinz, with shoppers able to pick up bottles of cupboard staples such as ketchup, mayonnaise, salad cream, and now, blue cheese flavoured sauce.
The unique flavour of sauce was posted to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Group on Facebook after one shopper spotted it in their local B&M. And, like blue cheese itself, it has certainly proven to be quite divisive amongst shoppers who have made the sauce the Marmite of Heinz by either loving it or hating it.
The shopper posted the interesting new flavoured sauce with the caption: "Personally not my cup of tea but this was in b&m for £1 ish? Never seen it before.. thought some may like it!"
Shoppers were quick to flock to the comments section to voice their opinion on the controversial flavour, with one calling it "wrong on so many levels."
"I like heinz mayo & I luv Shropshire blue cheese, but I don't want it together in a bottle", said one unenthusiastic shopper.
"This is just wrong on so many levels.....why????seriously why???", asked a second unimpressed shopper.
"Boke in a bottle", said a third of the interesting flavour.
Despite the rather unflattering comments from some, there were quite a few shoppers who were keen to get their hands on the sauce, with many saying it would work for steaks and salads.
"My god I need it instant Cesar salads xx," said one enthusiastic shopper.
"Lovely love this x," agreed a second.
"Perfect over salads!" said a third.
"Stick it over steak in a Ciabatta," commented a fourth shopper.
It comes just after Heinz sparked a debate among fans with the gravy flavoured mayonnaise which had some shoppers calling it the "sickest combo ever."
