Sandwich tins, costing just £3 from B&M, are shockingly gaining traction online for the most unexpected reason.
A TikTok video featuring the tins by cleaning influencer Tanya (@tanyahomeinspo) showed how she managed to combine two B&M tins and marbles poured in between as a quick and easy way to store items in the kitchen.
The original video showed Tanya demonstrating to her 525.3k followers how she rather transformed the sandwich tins into her own turntables, as she neatly placed her seasonings onto them inside her kitchen shelf.

The video garnered over 21.7k likes and 541.8 k views, with B&M even reposting the video onto their official Instagram page and praised Tanya in a caption, which wrote: “Wait what!! Obsessed with this hack from our QUEEN of hacks @tanyahomeinspo.”
On TikTok, many users flocked to the comments section of Tanya’s video to share their excitement over the surprising (yet affordable) hack.
One user happily wrote: “Lord have mercy!! I’m running to B&M tomorrow!!!” while another agreed, writing: “Now that’s a good life hack for a change.”
A third added: “Okay, this is actually a good life hack, you’ve won TikTok today.”
Even on Instagram, where the video also was reposted on B&M’s page, fans continued to share their enthusiastic opinions as one wrote: “this is a fab hack and looks so simple and easy to do!” while another chimed in: “love this hack. Great for skincare, makeup and so much more. Thanks for sharing!”
However, a few others pointed out whether the hack would be necessarily needed as one user argued: “you can buy the proper double one for £3” and another chimed in: “But lots of UK places do sell these for literally £3- TK Maxx, The Range, Poundland”
