With the countdown to Christmas officially underway, many of us will be heading to the shops to stock up on presents.
While it may still only be the first week of December, Christ Day is only three weeks away time is ticking to get all those gifts in time.
Of course, over the next couple of weeks, you might find that you need to pop out to the shops a few times to pick up some last-minute Christmas decorations, or even some stocking fillers.
As some of your favourite high-street stores can change their opening hours during the festive period, it can be handy to know what times they will be open so that you can plan your trip accordingly.
To help you out, we have rounded up the Christmas opening hours for some major retailers, including Home Bargains, B&M, Poundland and IKEA.
These store hours may vary, so it is always worth checking your local stores opening hours before you visit.
Home Bargains
Home Bargains will be extending its opening hours in the run-up to Christmas, with the majority of stores across Scotland open from 8am-9pm.
The retailer has also confirmed that all stores will be closing earlier at 5pm on Christmas Eve, while remaining closed on both Christmas Day and Boxing Day this year.
Stores will reopen as normal from Tuesday, December 27.

B&M
B&M will also be operating at extended hours during the run-up to Christmas, with some stores staying open from 8am-10pm during the week. Stores will still close at regular 7pm on Sunday's.
The discounted retailer will close earlier at around 6pm on Christmas Eve before closing for Christmas day.
Stores are set to reopen on Boxing Day at reduced hours from 8am-6pm.

Poundland
Poundland has not confirmed that it will change its normal opening hours during the run-up to Christmas, with most stores still looking to be open from 8am - 7pm, depending on your location.
The budget store has confirmed that it will be closing on Boxing Day, in addition to being closed on Christmas.

IKEA
The DIY store will be open at normal hours during the run-up to Christmas, with the majority of stores open from 10am - 9pm during the week.
All IKEA stores across Scotland will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Stores will reopen on Boxing Day at reduced hours, with most open from 10am-5pm.

Primark
Primark stores across Scotland will be open later in the run-up to Christmas, with some closing at 11pm.
The fast-fashion chain has confirmed that all stores will be closing earlier on Christmas Eve, with most stores open from 8am - 5pm.
All stores will be closed on Christmas day before reopening as normal from Boxing Day.
