Revised plans have been put forward for a residential development featuring 30 new homes in Irvine harbourside.
Building giants Ashleigh (Scotland) Ltd are seeking planning consent to build a mix of flats and family houses at the former Jewson's builders merchants yard in Gottries Road.
A previous application for 28 homes on the site - near the Scottish Maritime Museum - was withdrawn in May over concerns about noise levels from the nearby Ardgah Glass factory and road traffic.
