Ayr United legends will line up to honour one of the club's greats at a special benefit game in his honour next month.
Blasts from the past including Ryan Stevenson and Lawrence Shankland will return to take part in a unique clash in aid of the Michael Moffat Testimonial Year. The event - at the town's Dam Park - will be held on Saturday, June 10 and celebrate a festival of football with the Champions League Final later that night.
And fans are being offered the chance to pull on a shirt and play in the clash involving United throwbacks such as Mark Kerr, Brian Gilmour, David Hutton, Steven Bell, Andy Geggan, Robbie Crawford, Scott McLaughlin, Jamie Adams and The Moff himself.
For £100 per player, fans will get the chance to showcase their skills on the pitch and also receive a commemorative Michael Moffat full kit as a cherished keepsake.
Moff said: "I'm thrilled to have the guys involved - in truth I could have filled three teams with some of the ex-teammates and characters I've played with down the years.
"It will be fantastic to have so many of the lads back together again and I'm sure it will be a top day with hopefully a bit of decent football thrown in for good measure!"
United hero Stevenson added: "I didn't have to think twice when I was asked to get involved. Moff is an absolute legend of this club and rightly deserves his testimonial year. It should be a brilliant day all round for a great cause."
