Lee Bullen admits Ayr United are "lucky" to have Kerr McInroy following the loan star's wonder strike which claimed a point against Hamilton.
The on loan Celtic midfielder smashed home a 25 yard stunner in the fourth minute of stoppage time to rescue a draw last night.
But boss Bully reckons the January addition has brought far more than just goals to United.
He said: "Kerr is a great talent who has that kind of strike in his locker and we're lucky to have him here.
"He's a wonderful player and it's not just his ability that adds to the squad, it's what he brings as a personality to the group.
"It was a fantastic goal and I thought that, over the piece, it's the minimum we deserved from the game."
Ayr looked to have run out of road following Andy Winter's early opener that kept Accies in front until the last kick.
David Moyo and Andy Ryan went close to doubling the visitors' lead before the interval as United again struggled for rhythm on home soil.
Skipper Sean McGinty had a header saved from point blank range as they tried to respond, while McInroy was denied by a last ditch Steve Lawson block.
But as Accies tried to run the clock down in the second half, they were made to pay deep into added time as McInroy crashed home a half volley to send Somerset wild.
Bullen added: "The bravery we showed to keep going and get the point at the end was superb.
"The balls the lads are showing at the moment is exactly what we need ahead of a big four games.
"As a group we are showing a belief at the moment and that's what is pleasing me most."
Accies assistant John Rankin took charge of the visitors in the absence of Covid-hit boss Stuart Taylor.
He said: "Sometimes you have to hold your hands up and say you've lost points to a world class strike."
