Ayr's cheapest flat above well-known pub goes to auction for bargain price

The cheapest home for sale in Ayr as listed on property website Rightmove, is up for sale at auction- at a starting bid of just £25,000.

Although in need of some TLC, the one-bedroom first floor flat on Mill Street is being offered for sale at a guide price that is 37 per cent less than its Home Report value of £40,000.

It means there’s a great chance for one successful buyer to snap up a bargain.
