In a post on X, Khamenei appeared to respond to statements by US leadership regarding America’s military strength. Referring to claims about the United States possessing the world’s most powerful armed forces, he cautioned that even the strongest military power could face devastating consequences.

“The US President keeps saying that they have the strongest military force in the world,” Khamenei wrote. “The strongest military force in the world may at times be struck so hard that it cannot get up again.”
