Taylor Swift is embarking on her international tour The ‘Eras Tour’ in late 2023 and 2024 and has just announced new dates for Liverpool, London and Edinburgh.
Fans have been waiting for an email all of today, Wednesday, July 5 about the confirmation and waitlist status for pre-sale, only to be frustrated that this will be delayed until next week, by Friday, July 14.
Those receiving the email were surprised to find that Ticketmaster isn’t the only official ticket agent for the UK tour. AXS is also partnering with Taylor Swift. AXS is an American ticket outlet for sports and entertainment events.

They are owned by Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) which operate globally and uses AXS as a primary ticket outlet. In an email to those who registered for the Taylor Swift tour, there was an update about the distribution of tickets.
It said for UK dates the ticket inventory will be split evenly between both ticket partners -Ticketmaster and AXS. Most seasoned music fans have shared tips on getting gigs tickets over the past few weeks and many suggest that you are already signed up and signed in with a registered debit or credit card, so some people might need to sign up for AXS before the general sale.
All registrants will receive an email from either platform by Friday, July 14. And tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis whilst the current inventory lasts.
Tickets will be on sale on Ticketmaster here.
