AWC signs management deal with IHG on hotels

Thai real estate firm Asset World Corporation (AWC) has signed a new hotel management agreement with IHG Hotels & Resorts for Kimpton Hua Hin Resort, with a targeted opening in 2024.

The move is set to expand AWC's diverse hospitality and lifestyle destination portfolio as travel demand is projected to rebound following Thailand's reopening.
