Aviation body referred to prosecutors after pilot death

The national governing body for ultralight aviation has been referred to prosecutors over allegations it withheld key information during a coronial investigation into a fatal plane crash. 

Coroner Paul Lawrie referred Recreational Aviation Australia to the Victorian Director of Public Prosecutions on Friday as he handed down his findings into the death of Matthew Farrell.
