Kay Jay Forgings and Polite Powertech have received approval from capital markets regulator Sebi to launch their IPOs, adding to the pipeline of companies looking to tap the primary market. Kay Jay Forgings, a Ludhiana-based precision engineering and auto components maker, plans to raise up to Rs 300 crore through a fresh issue of shares. The IPO will also include an offer for sale of up to Rs 60 crore by existing shareholders.
Polite Powertech, a power infrastructure engineering, procurement and construction company, has also received SEBI’s nod for its public issue. The company works in transmission, distribution and renewable energy projects.
