An Australian woman is on trial accused of murdering her estranged husband's parents and an aunt with a beef wellington allegedly laced with poisonous mushrooms.

Erin Patterson, 50, served up the dish with mashed potatoes and green beans during a lunch at her home in the rural town of Leongartha on July 29 2023.
