Petra Kvitová goes down in Australian Open upset, top seed Iga Świątek powers through to third round

Two-time major champion Petra Kvitová has made an early exit from the Australian Open, going down in straights sets to unseeded Anhelina Kalinina in the second round.

As rain wreaks havoc with the Australian Open schedule, Kvitová and Kalinina were playing under the roof on John Cain Arena, with the Ukrainian triumphing 7-5, 6-4.
