Another act has been confirmed to join Noel Gallagher, The Charlatans and Andrew Cushin on the lineup for an upcoming music festival in Newcastle.
Australian electro-pop outfit Confidence Man join the bill for Rock N Roll Circus on Newcastle Town Moor, on Thursday June 9.
Confidence Man release their second album, Tilt, in April, which will feature singles 'Holiday' and 'Feels Like a Different Thing.

Led by Janet Planet and Sugar Bones, Confidence Man formed in Brisbane in 2016. Two years later, the band released their award-winning debut album ‘Confident Music for Confident People’ which put the group on the international stage.
The debut album won the Australian Independent Record Award for Best Dance/Electronica Album, and their live performances earned the group the Live Pop Act of the Year award at Australia's National Live Music Awards.
Janet Planet of Confidence Man said: “We’re so excited to be coming back to Newcastle for this crazy night of music, dancing and circus-related antics. We’ll have loads of brand-new material to share from our upcoming album and we can’t wait to play these new tunes live. Get ready to dance."
Confidence Man will perform alongside Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, The Charlatans and Andrew Cushin at the Rock N Roll Circus on Thursday 9 June 2022.
The event combines music with a circus theme, featuring professional circus performers, from acrobats and aerialists to stilt-walkers and fortune-tellers. Tickets are on sale now, here.
