Nine-year-old schoolboy Austin McGovern has been found following a huge search across East Lothian.
Police in East Lothian had issued a series of appeals on Saturday, September 10, in the hope of tracing the nine-year-old after he vanished on Friday evening.
First reported missing on September 9, Austin was last seen at around 7.05pm in Dunbar, with officers sparking a series of searches in the area.

Many residents had also taken to the streets to aid police in tracing Austin, with those in the community urged to check their gardens and sheds.

On Saturday evening, police confirmed the nine-year-old had been found safe and well, and thanked the public for their assistance with the appeal.
Enquiries remain ongoing into the incident.
Superintendent Arron Clinkscales said : “We are pleased to confirm that Austin has been traced and his family have been updated.
"I would like to take this opportunity to thank the public and media for sharing our appeals.”
