Aussie Naveed one of co-leaders at LPGA Tour event

Australia's Hira Naveed and playing partner Gurleen Kaur are among the co-leaders after the opening round of the LPGA Tour's Dow Championship.

Naveed and American Kaur shot a three-under-par 67 at Midland Country Club in Michigan to share the lead with Gemma Dryburgh (Scotland) and Denmark's Nicole Broch Estrup, and Camille Boyd (US) and China's Michelle Zhang.

Naveed and Kaur are searching for their first wins after each ​joined the tour in ‌2024.
