Augmont Enterprises shares rallied 10% to Rs 965.65 during Monday’s trading session after the company, along with its subsidiaries, was empanelled by the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) as a key partner for promoting Electronic Gold Receipts (EGRs).
The partnership aims to simplify the creation and extinguishment of EGRs and encourage greater trading participation in the product, thereby strengthening India’s formal gold market ecosystem.
