During the trial of Michael Cohen, prosecutor Joshua Steinglass made a startling claim regarding one of the defense witnesses, Robert Costello. Steinglass alleged that Costello was acting as a 'double agent,' working to prevent Cohen from speaking out against former President Donald Trump.

It is important to note that Robert Costello is an attorney who had been in discussions with Cohen about potentially representing him following the FBI raid on his home and office in 2018.
