New Delhi: In a major breakthrough, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested a key absconding accused in the Attari border heroin seizure case involving the smuggling of over 102 kgs of narcotics from Afghanistan via the India-Pakiastan border in April 2022, the agency said on Saturday.
