During the closing ceremony of the international sporting event, French indie rock band Phoenix took the stage to perform their hit song “Lisztomania.” However, instead of the athletes exiting the stage as requested, they decided to stay and enjoy the music.
Many of the athletes were seen dancing to the music and waving their country's flags, creating a lively and festive atmosphere on stage. While some athletes were milling around, most of them gathered around the band, clearly enjoying the impromptu concert.
