At least 20 people dead after huge fire rips through Russian care home

Russia

At least 20 people are reported to have been killed after a deadly fire in Russia ripped through an unregistered care home.

Two more were taken to hospital for treatment of serious injuries at the "illegal" home in the Siberian city of Kemerovo.

A further four have been treated but their injuries are not reported to be life-threatening.
