At least 17 people killed in car bomb and separate helicopter attack in Colombia

Colombia Gustavo Petro FARC Antioquia the Gulf Clan

A car bomb and a separate attack on a police helicopter in Colombia killed at least 17 people Thursday, according to authorities.

Colombian President Gustavo Petro attributed both attacks to dissidents of the now disbanded Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, a leftist guerrilla group commonly known as FARC.
