Ben Fisher was at Villa Park. Here’s his report. Thanks for reading this MBM.
Unai Emery gives Sky his verdict. “Big win … they were playing a low block … we started dominating because they were not pressing high … creating chances … score goals … the second half I am not happy … they were changing their tactical idea … pressing higher … we were not dominating like I think we have to … we had chances to score but conceded more than normal … we were always in risk to draw … very happy with the victory … analyse and improve … I am very happy with how the players responded on the field … happy because we have three points more … in Paris it is going to be very different … completely different to how we played the match today … very happy.”
