Aston Villa midfielder Emiliano Buendia is in confident mood ahead of his side's game against Leeds United.
Steven Gerrard's men go head-to-head with the Whites on Wednesday night as the two teams play their first game for 18 days following the two-week winter break.
The West Midlands side are searching for back-to-back victories for the first time since November after a fine 1-0 win over Everton last time out, with Buendia scoring the only goal at Goodison Park.
Meanwhile, opponents Leeds will be looking to return to winning ways and could move further away from the relegation zone with three points at Villa Park.
This is the sides' first meeting of the season after the reverse fixture was postponed due to Covid-19 cases in the Leeds squad and both clubs will be keen to claim a much-needed victory.
And Villa playmaker Buendia believes his team will come out on top but praised the Whites in the meantime.
“They are a tough team, everyone knows that," the Argentine told VillaTV.
“They are a strong team who fight and try to make it a difficult game.
"We have really good players, a strong squad and we have a great chance at home to get the three points."
Leeds earned a 3-0 win in this fixture last season thanks to a Patrick Bamford hat-trick, while Bertrand Traore strik earned Villa a 1-0 success at Elland Road a year ago.
