A supplier to the likes of Aston Martin and McLaren "virtually doubled" its workforce last year to prepare for a "significant" increase in sales in 2022.
Knowsley-based high performance brakes manufacturer Surface Transforms added it is continuing to "heavily recruit".
The recruitment drive comes after the company increased its order book by £70m to £115m at the end of 2021 and recently signed a new contract worth about £100m.
