Aster Vranckx has no interest in discussing his future as Everton are rumoured to be battling it out with newly-promoted Nottingham Forest over the £7m signing of the Wolfsburg midfielder.
The Athletic recently reported that Everton are long-term admirers of the 19-year-old. While it has also been suggested that Premier League new boys Forest are interested, too.
And Vranckx, a Belgium Under-21 international, was asked about the transfer rumours when talking to Walfoot.

“I hope to become and stay as a starter (in Wolfsburg’s XI),” he said. “We play with two number sixes and I’m mainly defensive.
“I have to organise things behind. I prefer to play more attacking. But, if that’s what the coach expects of me, I have to stay at the back.
“I don’t care about these Premier League rumours. It’s my agent who takes care of it.”
Vranckx made 28 appearances and scored two goals in his debut season for Wolfsburg after signing from Mechelen.
Everton manager Frank Lampard admitted after the pre-season defeat to Arsenal that he is looking to bolster his midfield.
