GUWAHATI: Assam's vlogger and coaching institute instructor Victor Das, who was arrested over his cash-for-jobs allegation in the just concluded written exams for recruitments in various government posts in the state, has been suspended from his post of government school teacher. He was granted interim bail on September 16.
Assam education minister Ranoj Pegu on Tuesday said Das was suspended in accordance with the provisions of the state government's services rules and not because he was running a coaching centre despite being a government teacher.
